Celebrate Holi in Nainital

One of the most beautiful Hill Station in North India located in the heart of mountains with lakes, valleys and natural habitats. It is a Himalayan town in the Kumaon region of India’s Uttarakhand state, located about 2,000m above sea level. Previously it was a British hill station, positioned around Nainital Lake. A popular boating site with Naina Devi Hindu Temple on its north shore. A cable car is there to reach you to Snow View observation point (at 2,270m), with a view of the town and mountains including Nanda Devi, Uttarakhand’s highest peak. Other places that you can access are:

· Astronomical Observatory – It has Asia’s largest telescope through which you can see stars

· Bhimtal Lake – It is believed that the palace of famous king Nala drowned into this lake

· Binayak– One of the best trekking trails in the Himalayan range
